They were responsible for ensuring there was enough stock under the printer, refilling that stock, servicing the printers (and copiers) on regular schedules and call out basis. -- Dnc

I've just bought a (minolta) colour laser printer - �83 less than the cost to replace the photoconductor unit which has failed in less than a year in my previous one which Epsom say is not their problem This printer in turn which I bought 3 years ago cost �225 which was less then the cost of replacing the fuser unit in its predecessor Hate to say it - expendable items -- geoff
