If by 'juicy contract' you mean short term work then he's got no
chance. If you mean permanent we pay enough to be competitive when it
comes to recruiting and quoting to do the work.

are you absolutely sure you're lot have enough people standing around,
doing nothing else but telling others what not to do?

because if you're short - it's one of my special powers.

No, more like enough money to make it worth his while to go cavorting
all round the countryside bolting your machines back together rather
than you shipping all the bits to Sunny Essex for repairs.
