I have a 1979 Honda CB650 that needs a charging system. I'm having trouble
getting all of the parts together but I think some other years used the same
system, which would broaden my search. Can anyone tell me what other years
of that model use the identical charging system parts? Thanks,

Go to www.powersportspro.com or www.bikebandit.com and look at the
parts diagrams for all years of your Honda's model to see which ones
use the same part numbers.

The DOHC CB750 and CB900 models also use that same excited field rotor,
which I will guess is the troublesome part. Electrosport may have an
aftermarket stator coil.

What specific parts are you having trouble finding?

Honda, it will tell you what other models use the same part if you look
up the part number (I can't access it from here or I'd give you the list).
