Thought you meant 1/5 of $450.

$600 is OK I guess, but I'd be reluctant to pay
more than half that much.

Anyone here know where I can get goodies like titanium valves or
lifters or Corillo rods for my R75 ?

I bought a good used pair on eBay UK recently for £185, or about $300.
Even that's not cheap, but very little with a BMW badge on it is
cheap, is it?
