Hey, you're the one who said that the "inland gulls" had arrived. Larus californicus,albertensis is also called the "prairie gull." My cousin in Billings is an ornithophagist at UMont and he says that he's seen a dozen species *migrating thorough* on their way to breed in the arctic, but passage migrants, accidentals, and okies don't count as MT resident species.
