Personally I started using Flickr because my friends did, but it was nice and simple and did what I wanted, so I saw no need to change. I think picasa allows comments not sure about pb I only use them both for storage to be honest, also use panoramio or whatever for adding pics to google earth too. Ive joined flikr and had a look about at the groups which is interesting though.
