That'd be me .... but you're right. I paid cash for the house four years
ago, just when the bubble was bursting. Had I waited I could have saved
$50k. But that has zip to do with my neighbors. OTOH I got the $$ from a
house I'd paid $50K for and sold for $200K so I think I'm still ahead cuz I
still have a quite comfortable home with nice neighbors. If any are hurting
property values it's the white kids on the corner who arrived after I did -
several different families moving in & out, yard poorly maintained,
excess/older cars parked on the street. Tsk!

You are better off that way. Most of them are just like
bradley...except for the sober ones.

You *might* want to think that one through again.

It presupposes that you (A) know who the smart people are, that you
(B) already know all the answers to all the questions, and, (C), that
you can tell which of the aforesaid smart people are deliberately
choosing responses that you'll think are stupid.

That's quite a plate-load, even for an old cannon-cocker.
