Why do most Americans avoid living around negroes or mestizoes?
Victims are the elderly and low-income Whites who cannot afford to
move and escape the subhumans. Just that simple.

Couldn't say. The folks on both sides of me are 'negros' and the couple
diagonally across the street are hispanic - Prolly Cuban here in Florida. I

In my experience, far more Americans avoid living around
racist morons. YMMV, of course, but having, say, an active
KKK member in the neighborhood is generally hell on property
values in most places. At least most of those where "home
improvement" refers to something other than taking the wheels
off.
