The 1st is a Sat, EK's birthday is the following Wed and the EKIII Run will
be 7, 8. 9. Which makes the 3rd Sat the 15th.

Then I'll ferget to set it back to th' right date and my posts won't
show up 'til next August <g>. I prefer them paper thingies with pics
of murdersickles and scantilly clad wimmins on 'em. Th' kids usually
get me one fer Christmas, but all I got last year was a lumpa coal.

I know what the promo says. I just don't understand the Redwood part.
I live in Nor-Cal amongst redwoods, and I know they don't exist in the
central valley. Weird, but that's the know-nothings of Hollywood, I
guess. Hell, they all come from the friggin east coast anyway, what
the hell do they about redwoods!

<sfsf>

I bought the first Harry Potter movie on DVD, way back when......tried to watch
it several times, could never stay awake much passed the 1/2 way point.

Then after the 4th or 5th movie was out, I kinda had an interest in taking
another look. Found the movies in the discount DVD bin at Wally World and bought
all the ones that were out.

Sat down and watched them over the course of a few days (I'm retired, so I've
got THAT kinda time to waste <sfsf>). Got into them enough that I went out and
bought/read the last 2 books in the series that haven't been made/released as
movies yet.

I'm about 1/2 way through a series of books now called "Vampire Earth". Sci-Fi,
post-apocalyptic stuff....lots of action, intrigue, gun play, aliens (REAL
aliens, from outer space...not the ones from Latin America).

But I've regressed into childhood since I retired and became a non-working,
useless, non-productive member of society. It's either this kinda stuff or
politics, and I think we're all SICK of politics at this point...<sfsf>
