Then after the 4th or 5th movie was out, I kinda had an interest in taking another look. Found the movies in the discount DVD bin at Wally World and bought all the ones that were out. Sat down and watched them over the course of a few days (I'm retired, so I've got THAT kinda time to waste <sfsf>). Got into them enough that I went out and bought/read the last 2 books in the series that haven't been made/released as movies yet. I'm about 1/2 way through a series of books now called "Vampire Earth". Sci-Fi, post-apocalyptic stuff....lots of action, intrigue, gun play, aliens (REAL aliens, from outer space...not the ones from Latin America). But I've regressed into childhood since I retired and became a non-working, useless, non-productive member of society.
