OK, it's clear that we need different categories. I mean, getting on
a plane is, imo, a much lower level of commitment and dedication than
travelling by coach, so I would agree with you.

My best is probably Venice to Huddersfield. By motorcycle (hey, back
on topic!).

This sort of subject usually brings out stories of 17 year olds
flogging unsuitable 125s up the M74 in snow, etc. So I guess the
scoring system should take machine capability and weather into
account.
