We found a 3 bedroom dormer (conversion) bungalow ticking all those
boxes except the cellar, just up the road.

It was, unsurprisingly, sold within days of going on sale, before we
could even get our place on the market.

Yeah, I'd prefer to spend about what blaney did on his place... or
le...fewer.
