Questions:

a)Do they have shop manuals available? (i.e. all the repair procedures?)

b)Are parts available at the HD dealership?

c)Are parts available online (including viewing fiche diagrams, etc.)?

Thanks, Datesfat

Recently , on a road trip , I broke a throttle cable . Made emergency
repairs and a phone call from the parking lot of a MickeyDees . 75 miles
down the road a new cable was awaiting my arrival on the parts desk of the
Harley dealer . For a bike that's 20 years old .
Now cut it out with the trollin' .

No trolling intended.

Here is the deal. If I want parts for my Honda Shadow 600, I just go to
www.bikebandit.com and see the fiches and prices, and click to order. If I
Google by "Honda motorcycle parts", many such sites come up.

But if I Google by "Harley-Davidson parts", I can't seem to get any similar
fiches or orderinig capability.

What am I missing?

Thanks, Datesfat
