West side of the M25 M1 to M4 is stationary most of the time, has been
for 2 years and will be for another 2 now the road works have moved
further round to the M1, I know, I use it most days.

Go A1(M) - A14 - M11 - M25 - M23. The A1(M) further south is solid in
the mornings through the Hatfield tunnel roadworks.

You will cop the road works on the M25 around the M11 - A12 but it's
not so bad, the traffic is always lighter on the Essex side.

Not the bit from the A1 to the M11, they are SPECS, so it's not an
issue on a bike.

There is no best time for the M25 between 05:00 and 19:00, it is all a
matter of luck, you are going to get some congestion whichever way you
go but only the gods can decide to add 2 accidents to it.or not.
