My bike riding history has been rather chaotic due to uncertain
and conflicting objectives. So I decided that thinking through
my priorities would be a good idea.

1. Comfort
2. Reliability
3. Affordable
4. Performance
x. 400-450 lbs dry
5. Retro style
6. Flashy appearance (lots of chrome)

1. Top priority is comfort. This doesn't necessarily mean riding
a motorized Lay-Z-Boy... (although the concept has a certain attraction:

....it means that the ergos are fundamentally correct so that my bod
isn't stressed into an unnatural position just sitting on the thing
(let alone riding it).

Yeah, especially when I've written something I know I'll regret
later which I usually delete just before posting.
