I put a set of BT45V's on my early model GSXR750, hoping to make it
quicker handling on tight, narrow roads in the Santa Monica mountains.

Turns out that the deep water channels make the rear tire *squirmy* as
the large, unsupported tread blocks move around.

And, although the BT45V's were the same size as the original
Bridgestone radials that were OEM on the Suzuki, I removed a 20mm
wider rear Dunlop K591 to install the "proper" sized tires.

And the wider Dunlops were doing a *great job* of resisting gusty
crosswinds in the desert and the SoCal canyons.

I got pushed completely out of my lane onto the double yellow line by
a wind gust, so I have to be more aware of the wind while riding on
BT45's...
