It isn't worth HALF that price...buy a new XR1200 and out perform the
multistrada in everyway except top end. Hell the Sportster gets better
milage on and off road. It also jumps further than any Ducati ever has.

Go get your $12k Sportster, drop another $10k into the motor so that
it will spit out 100 hp and then impress me with your ability to keep
the tire from spinning up coming out of the corners. It should be fun

Certainly. Hell a Goldwing could do it. It really ain't the gear,
its the rider that can't or will not do it.
I know my F4i can do it with me riding. I just think I'd be happier
on a different bike.
