Ray wrote saying he had one and for a price that I considered extremely fair. Ray sent me a wheel that he had professionally packed and sealed more like it was Factory sealed brand new medical equipment than a used FXST front wheel. (It was a shame to take it out of the box.) I sent Ray a check. The check going south and the wheel going north probably passed each other some where's around Medford, Oregon. He got the check the same day I got the wheel. The wheel's condition was exactly as he described. My check was good cash. All was good to go. Based on that, I consider Rayvan an upstanding and honest patron of this here bar.
