I've never liked the feel of a Glock. My wife's got an XD40 sub-compact, very comfortable and easy to shoot although not as accurate as I'd like due to the very short barrel. I've got a CZ-75B in .40 that shoots very well after I changed all the springs. Love the way that one feels. Picked up a SW1911 last year that shoots well but isn't as comfortable as my CZ. -- Fins BS#221 AH#135 2007 FLHTCU Confuse a liberal. Use facts and logic.

And it does shoot more like a 1911, that is one of the reasons I like it.

Specifically about the SP-01. > Picked up a SW1911 last year that shoots well but isn't as comfortable as > my CZ. Well, the 1911 isn't for everybody. I'm lucky that they work well for me. Even the Para Ordnance P14-45 fit my hand well. But it is now somebody else's. But I have had a few different models and they have all worked for me.

If you ever make it down to Florida on one of your trips over here, I'll take you to the range and let you shoot my Sig Sauer P220. And my Kimber and my Springfield and my Rugers and...

Nice pistols. Next trip buy a one way ticket. If my gran hadn't caught a boat out of Southampton I might have been riding the Swansea hills today instead of the lower 48. <g> > >Ah, I know of a shop near Greensburg that has an indoor range.
