However, Harley-Davidson Electra Glide touring bikes demonstrably retain a greater percentage of their original MSRP than do Honda GL1800 Gold WIngs.

And after three weeks of being snowed in with temperatures 20-30 degrees below normal, I'm REALLY looking forward to enjoying my first extended ride of the new year. I'm leaving for Key West on March 1, and I can scarcely wait. Looks like it'll be about 2,800 miles in 12 days, plus taking in the Daytona 200 on the way home.

Today was the first day in weeks maybe months that I could ride without gloves. The temperature was down in the 20's last week for the first time this year and I rode to work with the temperature an even 30 degrees, also the coldest for me this year. Wasn't as bad as I feared. -- Harold Gailey - 74 CB 450 Stolen; 74 Z1 900 Traded; 76 FX 1200 Stolen; 78 FX(E) 86ci Daily Rider Nice Weather; 02 FXDX 88ci Daily Rider Other Weather. http://mywebpage.netscape.com/hgailey55/instant/photos.html |
