Why on god's green earth should I "need advice", my cages, dishwasher, etc just work. And I've owned nothing but Fords and GM cages. Of course, with all the "little quirks" [2] that Harleys seem to posess, not unlike air cooled VWs., you may need advice. Yep rhm folks are so sensitive, they can't take any "honest" critism of the dealer experience [1]. To them it is all puppies and roses. [1] Most dealer experiences suck. My local Ducati dealer has given me the best vibe. The rest are all sleaze wads. [2] Yeah, things break. USENET is not necessarily your best bet to find answers.
