Some parts of town (my neighborhood among them) are involved in multi-gang turf wars. Crips , Bloods , Surenos , Nortenos , MS13 , and an Oriental gang or two all want the drug and ho money ... and there's no getting away from them anywhere . For some reason my street is quiet ... couldn't have anything to do with the crazy white dude that rides a Harley , packs a big ol' pistol and keeps "attack" dogs (1)... -- Snag Got Guns ? (1) Those "attack" dogs are family pets that are VERY protective of their "pack" .

She is friendly because she has absolutly no fear...anyway if you look all friendly and cute even the smartest crook want to pet and then? well, let's not think what a dog like her can do. Not to mention the herding dogs (yeah they work) that damn red head wouldn't let the president out of a car.

Go back and read the part where it talks about victims being mostly other gang members and bystanders from their own neighborhood.

"Mostly" means nothing if you're the victim that doesn't belong to that group. Here in Las Vegas, the gang members are driving all over town and robbing, beating, and shooting whoever they happen to come across. This includes the cop they recently murdered who was sitting in his own garage. Maybe you're safe, others aren't. Chicago has been having 40, 50, 60 shootings every weekend recently. The victims are not generally other gang members. Some of us choose to protect ourselves for good reason.
