You implied that TOG didn't actually write it. Why would I think that's what you meant? Easy. You've repeatedly called TOG a liar. Given that, using "claimed to write" instead of simply saying "wrote" is unambiguous. Do I have it wrong? I also think you know this, but I'm going to explicitly say it. TOG makes his living working for a trade paper on a completely different subject, his motorcycle stuff is a sideline.
