Ditto, too. I said essentially the same thing weeks ago. I like and respect and have ridden with Don, and look forward to riding with him again, hopefully in 2010. I like and respect and enjoy writing to and hearing from Neil, and hope someday to meet him, whether in England or here in the States. There are folks here with whom I have had violently worded disagreements over the years, but in time, continued communication has permitted those rifts to be healed and some I hope to meet with and ride with in the future. Maybe it's been so long that others have forgotten, but I had my own verbal battles royale with both Keith and RGD when first we encountered one another on reeky. I think the original falling out between the two was deeply unfortunate, but these things happen. The continued sniping back and forth is worse, and diminishes both in that I have pretty much stopped looking at any posts from either contributor if it is immediately preceded or followed by a post from the other. Out of consideration for your many friends in the group, one or both of you might consider a unilateral ceasefire, and give both of you time to cool off. Just a thought, not a sermon!

I did a quick Google and grabbed a few I thought were still active. I usually look for Sunny's PK Riders NART page, but her whole site is down. I haven't seen here post here or over in tx.moto for quite a while. I lost all of her contact info in my last computer crash. If anyone here has an active email for her please pass it along to me. |
