Damn, twit, you've taking your usual simple minded extremism
to new levels of absurdity with that fragile little strawman.
(hint for twitbull - finding fault with laws is not the same
as breaking and/or ignoring all laws)

Yes, but the difference is I'm an intelligent, wise, thoughtful person
who isn't a socialist or some unamerican kook job. Bear that in
mind...my opinion is based on several thousand years of legal
precident. His is based on being a unthinking follower.

I really don't know where we're going, or what you'd like
to specifically debate. I'll say it more plainly, as per the
link I posted. At least 61 people previously detained at
Gitmo have been re-arrested on terrorism charges. That
is about as simple as it can be made. The military is
far from perfect, as is any other organization that employs
hundreds of thousands of people.

Actually, your quote specifically stated anyone. Here it
is:
"He wasn't taken in for being stupid. He was arrested for
kidnapping and theft. He SHOULD BE shot or hanged,
as should any person trying to kidnap and hold innocent
civilians."

"Any person" would seem to include the members of the U.S.
military who kidnapped and tortured innocent civilians -
even children. Justice shouldn't be selective. But I don't
think they should shot or hanged. They should get a fair
trial. We have to be better than the dregs of humanity
and set an example for others.

Thankfully, the Russians sent a rather pointed message to them very
recently. I can't imagine that pirates will be thinking "Russian waters, now
THAT'S the place to go to work" after recent events.
