We have been fining, jailing and pulling licenses for over 50 years that I know of yet we still have drunk drivers. Obviously that doesn't work. It also punishes the drunks' kids who depend on him/her. It is time to try some different punishments. Stocks? Flogging? Crucifixion? But don't hold your breath. Most of our lawmakers are drunks. |
