Indeed, he's always been a failure at the test. If you can't score
better than 94% you don't pass. Oddly I've never failed.

Congratulations on being measurably better than average.

My recollection is that all the questions, including
the one which I missed, required nothing more than
careful reading, a little bit of logical thought and some
knowledge of history.

Perhaps you're saying that the language was confusing ?
Care to share the questions you had trouble with ?
