And gets worse as the connection gets worse. I've had quite a lot of success using vnc to access EDA tools remotely on slow connections. Saying that, occasionally it is unusable due to the latency but then the whole internet experience is goosed when your connection is that bad. Although now tend I to use an NX server at the company gateway and connect using an NX client. You can then run RDP or vnc sessions within it and this works extremely well, even with very slow connections. -- DozynSleepy |
