One and the same thing. Innit. Considering how few of them we have and an utter failure to standardise the UK nuke power industry has done a good job. Take a good modular design. Small regional reactors. Standardise and build 100 of them and you would have a real success story IMHO. Just need a few large Pu burning designs and a FOAD salt dome mine for the rest of the bits to square the circle.
