That may have been true when he penned (typed ?) those words , but nowadays with dyno and wide-band 02 sensor technology it's not . It can get pretty expensive though ... -- Snag "90 FLHTCU "Strider" '39 WLDD "PopCycle" BS 132/SENS/DOF

I'm will to wager an "I told you so" that not even the Harley dealerships nearby have one. I suspect the nearest one is in washington state from where I sit. ergo the statement still holds water it's also true if one is at the dirt track.

My point was that there IS technology that negates his statement . I can't help it if you live so far out in the boonies that it's not available to YOU .. MY Harley dealer DOES have this technology , so there thpbbbbttttt ! -- Snag "90 FLHTCU "Strider" '39 WLDD "PopCycle" BS 132/SENS/DOF

There's at least four places within Keith's 200 mile radius with this technology, two are in Great Falls which are only about 110 miles away, another is in Kalispell, which is 140 miles. And yes, one of the Great Falls dynos is located at a Harley Dealership. http://www.dynojet.com/maps/bikedynos/mt.htm That's just the dynojet ones, possibly there are others. |
