Really? I must be mistaken then.

One thing I've wondered about is, since Virginia Squire's '98, like my
'98 FLTRI, has the mechanical speedo mounted on the front rotor
(purely mechanical), how the heck the device figures out what speed
the motorcycle is travelling at. Maybe it's little more than a
throttle-lock equivalent and doesn't adjust speed for
uphill/downhill...
