I willl definately approach the parts manager as well as the service manager and question them throughly about it. I certainly don't want to spend $500+ and have a collection of unusable parts.I am still waint on my service manual which is on order. -- Virginia Squire '98 FLHTC '02 VT750DC

I'm not sure, but I'd guess it would be pretty expensive. You'd need the hook-up to the tranny and probably a new speedometer as well. From what I've heard, those speedometer units are very pricey and they require you to calibrate it to your mileage as well. Btw, I have all the components (injectors, cam) for a Stage II for your bike, if you're interested. I bought it off a guy who had his bike returned to stock in order to sell it. Thought about putting it on my Road Glide last winter, but changed my mind. -- Home page: http://xidos.ca

Earlier in the thread, the OP stated that his carb has "clips" for CC cables. What does your parts book show for the throttle bracket? Any notes about different models using different throttle brackets or other carb parts? -- Bill C. "I am NOT lost.... I'm *exploring*" '01 FXDXT '94 Shadow VLX yank "yercrank" to e-mail
