I'll take your word for it. Though that's about all the US has done as
far as I know. Apparently the big issue is that it's not safe for the
FBI to cruise Nigerian internet cafes and the like. But I could be
very, very wrong.

Prove it! Maybe they had a technology based on biological instead of
elements such as we do. Thus you could argue that their technology of
"growing" what they need was superior and far more adaptable. 8^)

No, not for millions. The glaciation cycle is about 120,000 years. The
southernmost extent of the Wisconsonian glaciers was a little south of where
Indianapolis is now, 18,000 years ago. In previous glaciation cycles they
had been a bit farther south.
