Digital= unlimited film, I am surprised more pros don't take advantage of
it. That said the tale you are telling is predefined and linear and is
really little different for all cases and mostly a matter of experience so
that you are standing in the right place at the right time with the lens
cap off and ready to go.

This does not appear to be the case with video. Get it right and it is
more or less possible to shoot they whole thing with little editing other
than topping and tailing the individual scenes so they flow nicely.

Problems occur when they want to include "their song" in the soundtrack
and syncing that in with the images and keeping it meaningful can be very
time consuming.

My particular USP is to make two videos. One 30-35 minutes long and a
simple formal linear record of events as would want to be seen by MiL and
a second shorter "outtakes" reel with as much candid humour as can be
incorporated. This seems to overcome many reservations they may have
regarding cost[1] but there is no way it can be outsourced as it depends
on producing product tailored to the customer and the knowledge required
to do that can only be gained from first hand experience on the day.

[1] If I were still doing it I would only work from recommendation and
thus they are well prepared for the cost beforehand.

We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember steve auvache

Ffs, don't do this...

The video guy must've been pissing himself at payback for the 'tog
ruining his shot.

That would explain why there's no supplement in the Sainsbury's one.
Thanks, I shall see what I can find.
