It's a far better camera than I am ever going to be photographer, and given the learning curve that I'm on, I suspect it'll keep you going for a while. I read the review of the new lens I bought the other day. The reviewer's overall impression was good (which was a strong reason to buy it) but he raised some negative comments about softness of focus in the corners, vignetting and so on. Even with the test shots, I had *no idea* what he was talking about, even when looking, so I'd have to say that yes, you'd need to be really jolly good before the camera becomes a limit, unless you need to take shots from three miles away (for example). Bit like bikes really. -- Catman MIB#14 SKoGA#6 TEAR#4 BOTAFOF#38 Apostle#21 COSOC#3 Tyger, Tyger Burning Bright (Remove rust to reply) 116 Giulietta 3.0l Sprint 1.7 GTV TS GT 3.2 V6 Triumph Sprint ST 1050: It's blue, see. www.cuore-sportivo.co.uk
